As our E-Commerce Manager, you'll be the driving force behind POSSE's online experience. You'll curate a seamless journey that embodies our brand's essence. You'll spearhead our e-commerce strategy, trade the website on a day-to-day basis, analyse and optimise stock sell-through, liaise with marketing on a reactive digital strategy, and forever improve our customer experience. Your goal will be to ultimately elevate our online presence, engagement rate and conversion rate. Collaborating closely with our creative and operations teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping POSSE's digital future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily e-commerce platform administration, including product management, content modifications, and sales optimisation.
  • Strategise and execute the e-commerce marketing calendar, ensuring timely deployment of any online promotions
  • Develop and implement e-commerce plans to drive sales, improve site performance, and elevate the customer experience
  • Coordinate new collection launches online with engaging pages and organised merchandising
  • Continuously refine the online user journey through A/B testing, UX enhancements, and data-driven analysis in collaboration with the web development team.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to foster customer loyalty and engagement, leveraging Klaviyo, loyalty initiatives, and personalised interactions.
  • Monitor e-commerce platform performance, spot areas for improvement, and ensure targets are met
  • Create content website strategies that match marketing goals and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to optimise search and merchandising functionalities.
  • Generate daily reports on sales and performance. Utilise these insights to enhance online sales strategies and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform forecasting and strategic decision-making.
  • Utilise web analytics to track performance, disseminate insights, and ensure data integrity for enhanced decision-making processes.

POSSE is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Lead who will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. This role is pivotal in shaping customer satisfaction, loyalty, and fostering long-lasting relationships with our customer base.

Your core responsibility will be to develop and implement a customer experience workflow that embodies POSSE's values while providing outstanding, personalised service. You will ensure that POSSE not only meets but exceeds customer expectations by setting new benchmarks for individualised support.

The role will primarily involve interacting with POSSE customers through our enquiry response platforms and social channels. Additionally, you will work with the eCommerce, Wholesale, and other departments within the Operations team to provide support, share insights, and develop new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continually strive to elevate our customer service workflows
  • Assisting with customer workflows through the use of EDMs
  • Provide high level customer service through all channels including phone, email and social channels
  • Manage our internal systems and processes to ensure we are working in a concise and consistent manner
  • Embody the POSSE tone of voice and provide a consistent response across all channels
  • Management of 3PLs, set expectations on dispatch, advise and improve on errors
  • Ensure packaging stock levels are maintained at the 3PL
  • Processing and management of returns, including within Indigo8
  • Set up reporting templates on customer feedback, statistics, workflows
  • Liaise with the Wholesale, Design and eCommerce teams on feedback
  • Stocktake/inventory management
  • Assisting the E-commerce & Marketing team with web tasks when required
  • Manage our annual warehouse sales
  • Map and enhance the customer journey by identifying key touch points

As the Design and Development Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with all members of the Design team, providing essential support throughout the entire creative process. You will help bring concepts to life, developing them to a stage ready for handover to offshore teams. Acting as a vital link between the creative and technical departments, you’ll ensure clear communication and effective project management from initial design through to final product delivery. Your role will be key in maintaining alignment with the designer’s vision and direction throughout development.

This role is based at our Sydney Head Office on the Northern Beaches, reporting directly to the Head of Design and Product, as well as working collaboratively alongside the Designer. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover position, with a full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team on the development of seasonal womenswear collections, contributing to initial design concepts, fabric research, and inspiration.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, new materials, and production techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the design process.
  • Assist with building detailed, industry-standard tech packs to communicate design intent clearly.
  • Source sustainable and innovative fabrics, trims, and finishes, while managing and maintaining the fabric and trim library.
  • Develop and deliver seasonal range plans aligned with design direction and brand guidelines.
  • Work with the production and development teams to ensure all designs are commercially viable, technically feasible, and meet cost parameters.
  • Coordinate the development timeline and maintain the production calendar to ensure on-time delivery of prototypes, fits, and sales samples (SMS).
  • Collaborate with garment tech’s, manufacturers, and offshore suppliers to bring designs to life, maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Manage the fit schedule and attend fittings to ensure consistency in garment construction, fit, and finish across the collection.
  • Oversee the prototype and sample approval process, ensuring products meet expectations before moving into production.
  • Assist with graphics for print design, embroidery, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Manage preparation of garments for photoshoots and campaign needs, ensuring readiness and presentation quality.
  • Oversee the handover of spec sheets and technical documents to suppliers, maintaining an accurate and updated master design Critical Path (CP).
  • Monitor fabric and trim testing and work closely with QA teams to ensure all materials and garments meet internal standards.
  • Track production schedules and manage critical path deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all samples and bulk production.
  • Support bulk approvals and quality alignment, ensuring final product meets both creative and technical standards.
  • Maintain strong, professional communication between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in managing development budgets, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and production without compromising on quality.
