As a customer service and eCommerce coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of all customer relations within POSSE.

We strive to offer the best customer service and you will be responsible for executing all measures to ensure this our high standard of services are met whilst ensuring our eCommerce website/s are running smoothly and all products/content are up to date.

Our head office is based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Role & responsibilities

  • Providing professional and timely customer service via all platforms
  • Proactively responding and managing all live customer inquiries via our live chat, emails and social channels (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Provide concise product knowledge and advice to our customers
  • Maintain customer relationships, encourage VIP customer rapport and an experience of a high standard
  • Manage our stock inventory system, assist in the upload of new products across online channels
  • Process customer returns - via refund or store credit note in a timely manner
  • Suggest additional products and services of use to customers to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Be proactive in providing solutions and research into making the day to day operations easier, coordinate and improve customer service functions when necessary
  • Work efficiently with our warehouse assistant in ensuring orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Assist in order fulfilment if the warehouse team needs assistance during busy sale periods or annual leave
  • Provide support to our Marketing/PR manager with influencer/celebrity dispatch and gifting


  • Previous experience within customer service e-commerce role or administrative role preferred but not necessary
  • Experience using Shopify, Cin7 and Gorgias (a bonus!)
  • Innovative thinker with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, (creative writing a bonus!)
  • High initiative and good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst also being a team-player
  • Ability to multitask and show a high level of organisation
  • Able to remain calm and professional especially in challenging situations

    Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we are currently seeking casual and part-time sales assistants to work in our pop-up store in Freshwater. The successful candidate will be currently working in or have extensive experience in a fashion retail role. You will be immaculately presented, have excellent communication skills with the ability to meet sales targets and embody the Posse culture.
