Shipping update; COVID19.
Our warehouse in Sydney, Australia is dispatching orders as per usual. Currently, we only have one team member packing orders and they are wearing gloves for extra precaution. For the time being, all Posse pieces will be sent in their original biodegradable garment bags in order to protect and reduce contact. During this time, all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Our shipping partners, Australia Post and DHL, no longer require a signature upon delivery. This is in order to reduce face to face contact. If you're not home to accept your delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office or courier depot and you will be left with a notification card with details for collection.
Australia Post and DHL have advised that due to the current circumstances surrounding Covid19, deliveries have been impacted and there may be delays with your orders. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we greatly appreciate your patience.
If you're located within Australia, we offer Australia Post Express shipping services. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, except if placed over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

International orders are sent via DHL express and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. All of our deliveries require a signature on delivery.
International orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by DHL direct to arrange payment. Posse cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
