Joining
As a cherished POSSE loyalty member, you’ll earn points with every purchase made through our online store. These points allow you to unlock exclusive offers and thoughtfully tailored experiences as you progress through each tier. You will earn one point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, excluding the value of shipping, duties or taxes fees associated with your order.

Absolutely, you can cancel your POSSE Loyalty account at any time! Please feel free to contact info@theposse.com.au if you have any queries regarding your account, or if you would like to cancel your account.
Points
You will earn one point for every $1 spent through our online store, excluding the value of shipping, duties or taxes fees associated with your order. POSSE Loyalty points will be granted once an order has been fulfilled. Points will be deducted for any returned items once the return order has been processed. Please kindly note, all customers will start loyalty with 100 bonus account creation points, and points for previous purchases are unable to be applied to an account.

Your tier status is refreshed annually, starting from the date your account is created. During this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn points to maintain your tier for another year or progress to a higher tier. You can track your progress on your Loyalty account page.
Tier Status
To view your tier status, log in to your POSSE Loyalty account and review the tier status on your account page. You will also be notified via email once you progress to a new tier.
If your tier status has been upgraded, this means you have collected enough POSSE Loyalty points in the qualifying period for the next tier. If you've been downgraded to a lower tier, it is due to not meeting the qualifying point total by your tier expiry date.
